What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for undergraduate and MBA interns across key business functions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with target universities and programs to attract high-potential talent.
• Represent the company at campus events, info sessions, and other recruiting activities.
• Execute employer branding initiatives and create digital content for social media to drive engagement.
• Support the execution, logistics, and performance tracking of the summer internship program.
• Utilize data and tools like SmartRecruiters, RippleMatch, and Handshake to improve recruiting processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in university or early career hiring.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting and supporting internship programs.
• Proficiency with SmartRecruiters, RippleMatch, Handshake, or similar recruiting platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in El Segundo, California.
