What you will do

• Build trusted relationships and manage internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features aligned with business outcomes.
• Document business processes, requirements, and user pain points through deep user research.
• Translate business requirements into technical instructions for development teams.
• Manage the agile process, including sprint planning, release planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Lead change management efforts, including the creation of training materials and communication plans.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst specifically in SaaS implementations.
• Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features.
• Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Ability to lead design workshops and build corresponding product artifacts.
