What you will do

  • Partner with developers to execute and resolve platform defects within agreed timelines.
  • Provide technical and functional support to sales representatives, distributors, and resellers.
  • Conduct training sessions to facilitate the adoption of new CPQ capabilities.
  • Generate and analyze Salesforce reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create detailed user story documentation for business solutions.
  • Triage and prioritize incoming defects to identify root causes and propose actionable solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a product owner, business analyst, or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce CPQ processes, workflows, and tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Salesforce reporting.
  • Must be based in the USA (TX).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with sales operations teams and distributors.
  • Experience in managing change initiatives and conducting training.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce dashboards.
