What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales operations function, including CRM governance, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Serve as the system owner for Salesforce and Altify, translating sales processes into scalable system workflows and automation.
  • Lead structured pipeline reviews and forecasting cadences to ensure data accuracy and identify risks.
  • Define and maintain KPI frameworks to track pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and win rates.
  • Standardize lead management and qualification workflows in partnership with Marketing and Finance.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making and Board-level discussions.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Analytics.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
  • Strong experience with Altify or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Proven track record of improving forecasting accuracy and enforcing pipeline discipline.
  • Proficiency with Excel and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience supporting B2B enterprise sales teams within a technology environment.
