Social Strategy Director

TL;DR

Social Strategy Director (Marketing): Developing and owning social content strategies and leading creative vision for key clients in a regulated digital communication space with an accent on content direction and strategic leadership. Focus on designing large-scale campaigns, optimizing performance through analytics, and building long-term client trust.

Location: Must be based in Nashville and work from the office at least 3 days a week

What you will do

• Develop and own social content strategies for product launches, campaigns, and market shifts.
• Lead the strategic direction of tentpole content and large-scale campaigns, determining rollout and execution.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and Creative teams to ensure consistent strategic execution across channels.
• Provide leadership to the internal creative team via monthly briefings on content needs and strategic priorities.
• Oversee reporting and analytics using Emplifi to identify insights and execute optimizations.
• Partner with client social leads to address pain points and business objectives.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in social strategy.
• 1-2 years of director-level or equivalent leadership experience managing teams.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on creative understanding.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with social media management and reporting tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail for strategic and creative QA.
• Must be based in Nashville and able to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Automotive industry experience.
• Experience with Emplifi, Sprout Social, or Sprinklr.
• Proficiency with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch or Talkwalker.
