What you will do
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate customer, opportunity, and pipeline data.
- Coordinate sales activities across the full lifecycle and align stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
- Support the creation and processing of quotes, orders, and contract documentation.
- Track order status and proactively manage outstanding items to ensure timely closure.
- Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline summaries.
- Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, materials preparation, and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Raleigh, NC office.
