What you will do

• Lead a team of 5-10 engineers, managing day-to-day operations, performance, and career development.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design discussions, and maintaining the technical roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and UI/UX designers to plan sprints and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Drive an AI-driven software development lifecycle, implementing AI for execution while maintaining human-led design and quality.
• Manage the delivery of the House scope, including Cost Anomalies, Alerts, and Notifications.
• Coordinate cross-team alignment and communicate progress and escalations to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Estonia, or Israel.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams in a delivery-focused environment.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js or Golang, React, Python, and SQL.
• Proficiency in designing and operating systems within AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience in a SaaS, cloud-native, or distributed systems environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native applications and multiple cloud providers.
• Background in scaling teams, processes, or technical systems during organizational growth.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
