What you will do

• Lead the Cloud Managed Services team, overseeing daily operations including incident, problem, and change management.
• Oversee cloud architecture to ensure high availability, scalability, and security across platforms.
• Mentor team members and serve as a technical reference to support professional growth and execution.
• Drive automation and optimization initiatives utilizing Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Define and maintain the Managed Services Quality Plan and monitor KPIs for service health reporting.
• Shape the mid- and long-term Cloud MSP strategy as a Product Owner.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Managed Services, or a technical leadership role.
• Proven expertise in cloud architecture and operations with AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
• ITIL certification (mandatory) and at least one cloud certification (AWS or Azure).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience managing hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Datadog or other observability tools.
• Background in service delivery management or product ownership.
