What you will do

• Triage handheld tablets and server-based devices for fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and setup.
• Perform modular component repair and hardware troubleshooting for tablet and PC electronics.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records using spreadsheets.
• Execute repair and maintenance of various electrical components and hardware.
• Safely handle and move equipment between the Production and Stores departments.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of software and hardware.
• Experience using Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Hull, UK

Nice to have

• IT, Electronic, or Electrical related qualifications.
