What you will do

• Attend breakdowns and scheduled maintenance visits at customer sites across Southwest London.
• Minimise machine downtime using remote diagnosis and remote fix options.
• Maintain van stock levels to support a strong first-time fix rate.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain PPE and ensure a safe working environment.
• Update Salesforce and communicate with the Planning team about parts and incomplete jobs.

Requirements

• Location: field based, covering Southwest London (United Kingdom)
• Full driving licence (essential).
• Background in electrical or mechanical repair (e.g., cars, electrical wheelchairs, forklift trucks, motorcycle mechanic, white-goods, boiler repair) (essential).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Focus on quality and service excellence.
