What you will do

• Manage compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms.
• Handle data protection requirements, including preparing DPAs and TIAs under GDPR.
• Maintain compliance documentation, including AI systems inventories and safety risk assessments.
• Conduct product and feature reviews for consumer rights and data protection compliance.
• Handle day-to-day legal tasks such as DMCA notices, NDA reviews, and updates to TOS and Privacy Notices.
• Research and analyze emerging legal developments and regulatory guidance in the AI sector.

Requirements

• Legal education (Masters of Law, Juris Doctor, or recognized legal certification).
• 2-6 years of experience as legal counsel or in similar roles.
• At least 2 years of experience working with contracts and data protection law.
• Perfect fluency in English (C1+).
• Comfortable reviewing and discussing uncensored AI-generated content and NSFW material.
• Goal-oriented doer mindset with a balance of execution, planning, and strategy.

Nice to have

• Full certification as an attorney or legal counsel.
• Previous experience in AI compliance.
• Fluency in additional languages.
