What you will do

• Lead the execution of agency-driven marketing projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales) and external partners (agencies, freelancers).
• Build and maintain project timelines, workflows, and tracking systems.
• Support the preparation and delivery of product launches, events, and major announcements.
• Manage feedback cycles, clarify briefs, and resolve blockers to ensure efficiency.
• Improve processes and tools for agency collaborations to enhance execution speed.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple marketing or communications projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders from junior members to senior executives.
• Solid understanding of marketing processes including campaigns, digital projects, and event management.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Paris for on-site work
