What you will do

• Ensure compliance with global laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms.
• Manage data protection requirements, including GDPR, DPAs, and TIAs.
• Maintain AI systems inventories, risk assessments, and internal compliance documentation.
• Perform product and feature reviews regarding consumer rights and data protection.
• Handle day-to-day legal tasks such as DMCA notices, NDA reviews, and updates to Terms of Service and Privacy Notices.
• Research and analyze new legal developments and regulatory guidance in the AI sector.

Requirements

• Legal education (Master of Law, Juris Doctor, or recognized certification).
• 2-6 years of experience as legal counsel, with at least 2 years specifically in contracts and data protection law.
• Ability to simplify complex legal concepts into plain English.
• Perfectly fluent English (C1+).
• 100% comfort reviewing and discussing uncensored AI-generated NSFW content.

Nice to have

• Full certification as an attorney or legal counsel.
• Previous experience specifically in AI compliance.
• Fluency in additional languages.
