What you will do

• Manage worldwide compliance with laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare and maintain GDPR documentation, including DPAs and Transfer Impact Assessments.
• Create internal documentation for AI Governance, consumer rights, and safety risk assessments.
• Conduct product and feature reviews to ensure data protection and consumer rights compliance.
• Handle daily legal tasks such as DMCA notices, contract reviews (NDAs, licenses), and updating Terms of Service.
• Research and analyze new legal developments and regulatory guidance regarding AI.

Requirements

• Legal education (Masters of Law, Juris Doctor, or recognized legal certification).
• 2-6 years of experience as legal counsel or in similar positions.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically working with contracts and data protection law.
• Perfectly fluent in English (C1+).
• Must be 100% comfortable reviewing and discussing NSFW (uncensored) AI-generated content.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Full certification as an attorney or legal counsel.
• Previous experience in AI compliance.
• Fluency in additional languages.
