What you will do

• Manage compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare and maintain data protection documentation, including DPAs, TIAs, and AI systems inventories.
• Conduct product and feature reviews to ensure consumer rights and data protection compliance.
• Handle day-to-day legal tasks such as contract reviews (NDAs, licenses) and IP issues (DMCA notices).
• Track and analyze new regulatory guidance and legal developments relevant to AI.
• Collaborate with the Ethics and Compliance Officer to co-develop legal recommendations.

Requirements

• Higher legal education (Masters of Law, Juris Doctor, or recognized legal certification).
• 2-6 years of experience as legal counsel or in similar roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically working with contracts and data protection law.
• Perfectly fluent English (C1+).
• 100% comfort reviewing and discussing uncensored AI-generated NSFW content.
• Ability to distill complex legal concepts into plain English.

Nice to have

• Full certification as an attorney or legal counsel.
• Previous experience specifically in AI compliance.
• Fluency in additional languages.
