What you will do

• Own compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms.
• Manage data protection contracts and assessments, including DPAs and TIAs under GDPR.
• Maintain internal compliance documentation for AI Governance, consumer rights, and safety laws.
• Perform product and feature reviews for data protection and consumer rights compliance.
• Handle day-to-day legal tasks including DMCA notices, contract reviews (NDAs), and updating TOS and Privacy notices.
• Research and analyze new legal developments and regulatory guidance regarding AI.

Requirements

• Legal education (Masters of Law, Juris Doctor, or recognized legal certification).
• 2-6 years of experience as legal counsel or similar roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with contracts and data protection law (GDPR).
• Perfectly fluent in English (C1+).
• Must be 100% comfortable reviewing and discussing uncensored AI-generated NSFW content.

Nice to have

• Full certification as an attorney or legal counsel.
• Previous experience in AI compliance.
• Fluency in additional languages.
