TL;DR

What you will do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve objectives in the EMEA region.
- Hire, lead, and mentor a team of MM AEs, SMB AEs, and AMs, providing 1:1 coaching and performance management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate high-value contracts to secure new clients.
- Streamline sales operations and drive continuous improvement in tactics, processes, and methodologies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience managing customer-facing sales or account management cycles.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial role leading teams to drive revenue growth.
- Consistent quota attainment in FY26, averaging above 90% of team roll up quota.
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office three days per week.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product teams to act as the voice of the customer.
