What you will do

• Oversee general HR areas including turnover management, recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Drive and maintain positive employee relations across the location.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, and unemployment laws.
• Manage safety programs and ensure all partners are trained on company safety policies.
• Emphasize and foster a culture of safety at the location overall.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet/intranet.
• Must be able to work onsite in Perrysburg, OH.

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
