TL;DR

Account Executive, SMB (SaaS): Driving growth and guiding SMB customers through the evaluation of an all-in-one sales platform with an accent on high-volume inbound lead management and closing. Focus on mastering the discovery phase, managing a fast-paced sales cycle, and consistently meeting quarterly revenue targets.

Location: Hybrid (London); must be able to go into the London office 3 days per week

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial discovery and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing within 30 days.
  • Manage and nurture high-volume inbound leads, conducting 5-8 discovery calls daily.
  • Generate approximately 14 qualified opportunities per week and maintain 3x month-over-month pipeline growth.
  • Close around 15 deals monthly (ranging from $5,000 to $20,000) to meet a quarterly quota of $165,000.
  • Execute strategic discovery to uncover customer challenges and align platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with Directors and executives in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience handling high-volume inbound sales opportunities.
  • 1+ years of closing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Proven track record as a top performer in target-driven environments.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and strategies.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the London office 3 days per week.
