What you will do

• Lead all aspects of the contracting process from Request for Proposals (RFPs) through negotiation to contract closeout.
• Draft commercial contracts and identify potential risks with corresponding terms mitigation.
• Manage international financial instruments and offsets for Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) and Classified programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional organizations and customers to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations.
• Review customer RFPs and develop alternative approaches to mitigate risks involving cost, schedule, and specifications.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen for government security clearance.
• Security Clearance: Secret level required.
• Experience with USG (FAR/DFARS) and commercial Terms and Conditions across the contract life cycle.
• Expertise in commercial contract drafting and various contracting vehicles.
• Strong risk analysis, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Nice to have

• Certified Federal Contracts Manager (NCMA or equivalent).
• Experience in RFP shaping, analysis, and bid strategy development.
• Desire to develop functional and program leadership skills.
