What you will do

• Supervise patient admissions, medication delivery, and overall patient processing.
• Oversee treatment center infrastructure and ensure high operational standards.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and team morale.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.
• Monitor program performance and manage revenue collection and expenditures.
• Serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in substance abuse treatment services.
• Experience in operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.
• Valid counseling or nursing license, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in and work from Las Vegas, NV.
