What you will do

• Support day-to-day operational oversight of healthcare recovery programs and monitor performance metrics.
• Participate in client governance meetings, operational reviews, and presentations.
• Assist with the onboarding of new recovery programs and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive process improvements and operational enhancements.
• Manage client escalations and ensure service requirements are met.
• Develop deep expertise in healthcare overpayment recovery methodologies and payer/provider dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations, insurance, revenue cycle, or payment integrity.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as indicated by 401(k) and US-based benefits.
