What you will do
- Support day-to-day operational oversight of healthcare recovery programs and monitor performance metrics.
- Participate in client governance meetings, operational reviews, and presentations.
- Assist with the onboarding of new recovery programs and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive process improvements and operational enhancements.
- Manage client escalations and ensure service requirements are met.
- Develop deep expertise in healthcare overpayment recovery methodologies and payer/provider dynamics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations, insurance, revenue cycle, or payment integrity.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States as indicated by 401(k) and US-based benefits.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare payer or provider relations.
- Specific background in payment integrity or claims recovery.
- Proven track record of presenting to senior leadership or external clients.
