Solution Consultant, Principal (Workforce Management)

Solution Consultant, Principal (Workforce Management): Designing and delivering high-impact technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept configurations for Workforce Management solutions with an accent on solution architecture, integrations, and extensibility. Focus on mitigating technical risk during sales cycles and building scalable demo frameworks to accelerate customer confidence.

Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the United States (Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX preferred).

What you will do

• Act as the technical authority for WFM during sales pursuits, designing end-to-end architectures for Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Labor Compliance.
• Develop advanced proof-of-concepts and demo environments using Groovy scripting, ION workflows, and custom data tables.
• Translate discovery outcomes into technical designs and contribute to RFP responses and feasibility assessments.
• Lead technical solution demonstrations and executive briefings for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Development to influence roadmap priorities and create reusable accelerators.
• Mentor other Solution Consultants on configuration best practices and integration design.

Requirements

• Proven experience architecting reusable and scalable demo frameworks based on customer discovery.
• Hands-on configuration expertise in Scheduling, Timekeeping, Pay Rules, and Mobility modules.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting and SQL filtering within DBLookup configurations.
• Experience designing integration workflows between WFM and HCM, Payroll, or FSM platforms.
• Experience in industries such as Healthcare, Public Sector, Retail, Hospitality, or Manufacturing.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship and ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture roles.
• Direct experience with hirify.global WFM modules: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Labor Forecasting, and Labor Compliance.
• Experience presenting technical concepts to executives and technical stakeholders.
• BI and analytics experience (Birst, AWS Quicksight, or similar).
