What you will do

• Perform maintenance and operations for inverters, trackers, combiner boxes, and substation equipment.
• Execute electrical troubleshooting, instrumentation calibration, and basic inverter repairs.
• Prepare and implement switching and clearance orders to operate power plant systems.
• Assist with site vegetation management using tractors and mowing equipment.
• Draft plant orders, operating instructions, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with strict environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical fundamentals and safety principles, including LOTO.
• Technical proficiency with PC software, SCADA, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Ability to obtain TWIC certification within 90 days of employment.
• Capacity to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, at heights, and around energized equipment.
• English: Ability to read, write, and understand the language.
