What you will do

• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on all PV Solar equipment.
• Execute routine electrical troubleshooting, instrumentation calibration, and inverter repair.
• Operate electrical and mechanical PV Solar power plant systems and switchyards.
• Prepare and implement switching and clearance orders in coordination with the Operations Center.
• Write plant orders, operating instructions, and technical procedures.
• Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with environmental and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Frederick, Colorado, USA.
• High school diploma or GED (or willingness to obtain one within 6 months).
• Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.
• Ability to work overtime and non-standard hours (nights, holidays, weekends).
• Clearway will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).

Nice to have

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent Journeyman certification.
• Experience in power plants or PV Solar O&M/EPC.
• Experience with distributed control systems and complex analog/digital instrumentation.
