What you will do

• Own and reconcile a single source of truth release calendar consolidating Product, PMM, and CS enablement plans.
• Project manage launches end-to-end, tracking all dependencies, owners, and critical milestones.
• Translate enablement strategies into actionable Jira projects and boards to ensure sequenced execution.
• Coordinate customer enablement waves and rollout cohort planning in alignment with GTM strategy.
• Develop post-launch scorecards to track internal readiness and customer adoption signals.
• Continuously iterate on the release playbook, RACI templates, and cross-functional tooling.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional project plans with multiple dependencies.
• Strong expertise in creating timelines, work breakdowns, risk logs, and communication plans.
• Experience running status cadences and driving decisions across executive and IC levels.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Monday, and Slack.

Nice to have

• Formal certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Prosci.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, communications, or a related field.
