• Own the product execution and prioritize the roadmap for centralized release capabilities.
• Drive strong cross-functional partnerships with game studios, Publishing Platforms, and Central Tech.
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, owning performance management, hiring, and career development.
• Track and improve key indicators such as release reliability, deployment clarity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure high observability and incident response maturity to reduce release risk in player-facing domains.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 2+ years of experience in an engineering management position.
• Proficient with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Must be located in Los Angeles, USA.

• Experience releasing or operating live games in a professional capacity.
• Experience owning or partnering closely on release, deployment, or publishing workflows.
