TL;DR
Advanced Analyst, Customer Success (Content Creation): Developing and supporting high-quality technology communications and adoption campaigns to enhance employee engagement with internal tools with an accent on storytelling and technical translation. Focus on crafting user guides, newsletters, and SharePoint resources to drive the adoption of M365 and other corporate services.
Location: Must be based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (at least 4 days per week in office)
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 base/year

What you will do
- Develop and deliver high-quality technology communications across multiple platforms, tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
- Create engaging content, including user guides, videos, newsletters, and SharePoint resources to support tool adoption.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance the Employee Center portal for better navigation and user alignment.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive cohesive, organization-wide messaging.
- Review and refine third-party training materials and lead education campaigns for employees.
- Co-lead the TechPulse program by curating content and organizing sessions to elevate technology awareness.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proven experience developing impactful communication or technology adoption campaigns.
- Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Broad technical understanding of end-user experience and emerging technologies.
- Ability to independently research complex topics and create actionable communication materials.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Experience with SharePoint content management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
