What you will do

• Research, write, and edit configuration guides and user documentation.
• Partner with developers, product managers, and architects to gather accurate technical information.
• Drive documentation best practices and maintain consistent style guides across the library.
• Manage documentation tasks within an Agile development environment.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to security and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in software technical documentation.
• English: C1 proficiency required for international client interaction.
• French: A1 proficiency required.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, web publishing, and experience with Python, Lua, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum) and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
