What you will do

• Develop and deploy joint GTM strategies and solutions across Quality Engineering, SAP, Oracle, and Workday practices.
• Establish and grow C-suite relationships with GSI leadership across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Meet quarterly and annual partner-led business development and revenue goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on technology strategy and practice buildout.
• Lead QBRs and executive updates to align strategic goals.
• Guide partner practice strategies, certifications, and delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience managing complex global partner programs.
• 7+ years of leadership experience with globally diverse virtual teams.
• 3+ years of direct sales or consulting experience.
• Background in software/SaaS, ERP ecosystems, DevOps, or cloud transformation.
• Must be based in London, UK.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for global audiences.
