- Support customers in implementing new digital processes and capabilities.
- Resolve technical inquiries and requests from customers and business partners.
- Provide training on process operation and maintenance.
- Analyze system issues to determine necessary changes to processes or documentation.
- Improve product reliability through structured issue analysis and clear communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with end-to-end order processes.
- Knowledge of SAP systems.
- Understanding of Equipment Processing Center (EPC) process flows.
- Background in business systems and cross-functional system integration.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
