TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery calls to closing deals with prospective clients.
  • Build strong rapport with clients by researching industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with team members via Zoom and Slack to promptly handle high-volume inbound inquiries.
  • Execute a customer-centric approach to ensure clients understand the value of hirify.global's services.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals.
  • Mentor new team members after successfully ramping up and hitting targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (e.g., Account Executive or Inside Sales).
  • Authorized to work in the US at the time of hire.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of clients.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

  • Software or tech-related sales experience and education.
