What you will do

• Manage the closure of sales opportunities and book 'clean' opportunities in a timely manner.
• Process opportunities in SFDC/CPQ and reconcile quotes to invoices.
• Ensure order alignment with reseller/customer contracts and adherence to revenue recognition and SOX compliance policies.
• Partner with sales, legal, product management, and finance teams to drive deal closure.
• Provide guidance on 'bookable deals' and resolve booking-related issues efficiently.
• Mentor new team members on functional responsibilities, core offerings, and tool efficiencies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in customer service, finance, operations, or support.
• Proficiency as a Salesforce (CPQ) user.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Availability to work extended hours at month and quarter ends, including weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
