What you will do

• Conduct patient consultations via phone, video, and messaging to provide clinical support and address concerns.
• Host educational webinars and deliver video tutorials on the safe administration of injectable TRT.
• Review and analyze pathology test outcomes, escalating complex cases to the Lead Clinician or TRT Doctors.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records using a secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Provide evidence-based guidance on side effect management and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Healthcare qualification, preferably in nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare communication experience.
• Knowledge of men's health conditions and experience with patient counseling.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.
• IT literacy and ability to use multiple digital communication platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic approach.
