TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Brooklyn, New York (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

What you will do

  • Develop scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery systems for programs of varying complexity.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, maintaining alignment between Business Leadership and Production stakeholders.
  • Deliver strategic creative deliverables and manage daily client communication and contact reports.
  • Manage weekly talent allocations to ensure programs are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with overarching engagement strategies.
  • Reinforce team processes and manage project documentation and communications.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brooklyn, New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar communications environment.
  • Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, media, production, and agency finance.
  • Familiarity with the lifecycle of integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, experiential, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides) and project planning tools.
  • Experience interfacing directly with clients and leading cross-functional agency teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience directly managing timelines and deliverables for creative and production workstreams.
  • Background as a producer or account executive in an agency environment.
  • Curiosity and a strong desire to engage with AI tools.
