What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new clients.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of consultants and business developers.
  • Collaborate with international teams in sales, delivery, and talent management to position the company as a trusted partner.
  • Ensure successful project delivery and monitor performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in business development, account management, or consulting.
  • Proven experience in team management or coordination.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
  • Availability to work fully on-site in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
