TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $75,000 - $112,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Shape and refine compliance frameworks, operating models, and governance structures to ensure long-term program effectiveness.
  • Develop compliance metrics and reporting to monitor program health, identify gaps, and guide decision-making.
  • Conduct regulatory gap analyses and partner with stakeholders to document and improve control effectiveness.
  • Lead the development of policies and frameworks by identifying regulatory requirements and coordinating stakeholder reviews.
  • Advise cross-functional teams on regulatory expectations during the enhancement of processes, systems, or products.
  • Design and deliver compliance training to promote awareness and understanding of internal standards and regulatory obligations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related governance role.
  • Experience working within a Second Line of Defense function.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience supporting or collaborating with global teams across different regulatory contexts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
