What you will do

• Lead end-to-end activation of strategic GTM value initiatives across segments and regions.
• Translate business priorities into structured activation plans with defined milestones and outcomes.
• Manage AI agents across GTM and CS to ensure they reflect current value propositions and approved messaging.
• Operationalize business case, ROI, and commercial validation frameworks for late-stage sales.
• Design reinforcement plans to drive sustained adoption of initiatives beyond the initial launch.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in GTM enablement or commercial programme management.
• Strong programme management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt-based workflows.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom (Hybrid working model)
