hirify.global is an iOS subscription business operating a portfolio of over 10 products.

What you will do

• Monitor core business metrics including revenue, LTV, retention, and ARPU across all products.
• Develop financial models and analyze unit economics using Excel and Python.
• Evaluate performance and attribution of marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support product positioning.
• Assess investment opportunities for new products and partnerships.
• Prepare analytical materials and executive summaries for C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business, strategy, or data analytics roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Data analysis skills using Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with P&L modeling and unit economics.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including ROAS, CPI, and CAC.

• Experience working directly with C-level executives.
• Knowledge of the iOS ecosystem and mobile app subscription models.
