What you will do

• Partner with founders and the executive team to translate strategy into operating plans and track execution across functions.
• Manage the company's planning and reporting cadence, including annual planning, quarterly goals, and board materials.
• Own the financial operating model, overseeing FP&A, headcount planning, unit economics, and pricing analysis.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on high-leverage business questions such as market entry, GTM motions, and product bets.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives without a natural owner and scale the internal operating stack using AI tools.
• Support corporate development and fundraising workstreams, including investor materials and target evaluation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy, BizOps, or generalist roles at high-growth startups, big tech, or top-tier consulting/investment banking.
• Strong quantitative skills with fluency in financial modeling, P&L, and cohort analysis.
• First-principles thinking and the ability to break down complex problems from scratch.
• Sharp written and verbal communication skills to produce decision-driving documentation.
• High tolerance for ambiguity, breadth of scope, and frequent context switching.
• Active, daily use of AI in your workflow, including building agents to automate processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer tech, platforms, gaming, or interactive entertainment.
• Exposure to corporate development, M&A, venture investing, or fundraising.
• A track record of building a product, side project, company, or community end-to-end.
