Location: Onsite. Requires domestic travel on a 14 days on / 7 days off rotational schedule. Less travel for candidates local to San Antonio, Abilene, Houston (TX), or Covington (GA).

What you will do

• Operate and maintain medium voltage switchgear and controls, ensuring precise manipulation of equipment.
• Perform technical tasks including connecting electrical cables, meggering, and troubleshooting repairs.
• Execute critical safety protocols, including lock out tag out (LOTO) and grounding.
• Manage company-owned or leased machines and fleet equipment across various sites.
• Oversee onsite safety and environmental requirements, assisting with incident response and investigations.
• Utilize online forms and automation tools for reporting and task management.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of related experience, preferably in oil and gas, service rental, or the electrical industry.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
• High School diploma, skilled labor certificate, or equivalent.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, wind, and precipitation, and work at heights.
• Physical capacity to lift 25 pounds up to 10 times per shift and stand for extended periods.
• Possession of strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
