TL;DR

Manager, Enterprise Sales (AI): Leading a team of 7-10 individual contributors to drive enterprise software sales and quota attainment with an accent on sales coaching, KPI management, and strategic territory growth. Focus on mentoring sales talent, optimizing the sales process through Salesforce, and scaling B2B SaaS revenue within the North Central region.

Location: On-site in Austin, Texas. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of 7-10 individual contributors to achieve sales goals and quotas.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on business KPIs for the team and individuals.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s for deal reviews, coaching, and pipeline management using sales methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor team members to maximize their professional potential and sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies and processes for driving new business.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and personnel development for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Austin, Texas.
  • No visa sponsorship available for US candidates.
  • 2+ years of proven Sales Leadership experience managing individual contributors.
  • 3+ years of successful B2B technology software sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic selling skills and experience growing territories through various channels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com for activity tracking and forecasting.
