What you will do

• Lead a group of Account Sales Managers to ensure high-quality in-store execution for essential customers.
• Establish and oversee monthly KPI targets, providing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain strategic communications with retail partners and decision-makers to implement programming.
• Conduct weekly route rides to train staff and evaluate market executional conditions.
• Teach selling skills, retail math, and objection handling through role plays and workshops.
• Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and drive leadership excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Proven experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Physical ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or displays.
• Proficiency in English.
