What you will do
- Lead commercial strategies for the elevators and vertical transportation sector.
- Manage and develop relationships with industrial customers and stakeholders.
- Drive value-based selling and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within a matrix organization to achieve KPIs.
- Make strategic decisions to manage complex commercial situations independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role within the elevators or vertical transportation sectors.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proven experience working with vertical transportation companies or similar industrial customers.
- Availability to travel as required.
Nice to have
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience in matrix organizations and interface with regional or global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI-driven commercial management.
