Salary: £90,000 + London Weighting (£5,441) + 15% Bonus OTE

What you will do
- Define and deliver the LatAm licensing strategy, owning revenue targets, forecasting, and long-term growth.
- Identify new business opportunities across categories, markets, and channels to expand the licensing footprint.
- Lead and develop the LatAm team, managing a Marketing Manager, Licensing Manager, and Licensing Coordinator.
- Oversee licensing, merchandising, and promotional partnerships to drive revenue and brand visibility.
- Drive retail strategy and distribution to maximize sell-in and sell-through across key accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams to align licensing, content, and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in an entertainment role, specifically within marketing or licensing departments.
- Knowledge of the Latin American retail landscape.
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for children's entertainment and the brand portfolio.
- Must be based in London, UK
Nice to have
- Familiarity with BBC programming and British television.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, collaborative team player with exceptional attention to detail.
