Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in the Hammersmith, London office)

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000

What you will do

• Coordinate the execution and closing phases of global sporting events, acting as the central "fixer" for race-specific inquiries.
• Maintain the master timeline and implement PMO tools to drive internal process efficiency.
• Build and manage relationships with local authorities, venues, and businesses in host cities.
• Oversee operational compliance, including gathering permits, licenses, and supporting H&S risk assessments.
• Manage specific budget lines and collaborate with Track & Overlay teams on venue design.
• Mentor and guide Event Project Coordinators both in-office and on-site.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing temporary events, preferably across international markets.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills to manage diverse global partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and resolve operational challenges in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in Google tools and program management software.
• Willingness to travel for sustained periods, often at short notice.
