Project Manager (Civils & Electrical)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum + package.

What you will do

• Manage residential LV connection projects from planning through to completion.
• Oversee civils and electrical works including link boxes, excavations, and jointing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, DNOs, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of electricians and civils crews.
• Ensure compliance with HSQE policies and monitor project budgets.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in utilities, civils, or electrical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of residential LV connections and civils interfaces.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and programmes.

Nice to have

• Experience working with DNOs such as SSE, SPEN, or UKPN.
• HNC/HND in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Formal project management qualification (APM, Prince2).
• Familiarity with HV systems up to 33kV.
