TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end marketing and pursuits strategy across UK, Ireland, and Canada.
  • Oversee strategic bids and pipeline to improve conversion and win rates.
  • Align brand, campaigns, and client engagement with commercial priorities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives and key opportunities.
  • Optimize CRM, processes, and tools to enhance performance and insight.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading B2B marketing and bid functions (circa 12+ years).
  • Proven success delivering growth through campaigns and pursuits strategy.
  • Strong leadership capability across multi-disciplinary and international teams.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and ROI performance.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, bid management, and data-driven marketing.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the central London office 3 days per week.
