What you will do
- Develop and own the B2B social media strategy, primarily for LinkedIn, focusing on lead generation, audience growth, and engagement.
- Plan and deliver on-brand organic and paid content using scheduling platforms, ensuring optimization for performance.
- Execute end-to-end paid social campaigns, including strategy, budget management, and ROI reporting.
- Analyze platform data and Google Analytics to optimize channel performance and produce monthly reports for senior stakeholders.
- Manage social communities and facilitate discussions while maintaining a consistent brand voice across channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies to align on deliverables and timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in B2B environments.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn paid campaign management and content strategy for professional audiences.
- Proficiency with social media management platforms and Google Analytics.
- Experience managing paid budgets, including forecasting and spend tracking.
- Advanced proficiency with Gen AI tools for content drafting, research, and workflow optimization.
- Location: Must be based in London for hybrid work.
