TL;DR
Client Sales Executive (Telecom): Managing a portfolio of business accounts to retain market share and identify new revenue opportunities with an accent on solution selling and customer retention. Focus on driving growth through cross-selling and up-selling Mobility, Cloud, Security, and IoT services.
Location: Hybrid (Newbury, United Kingdom). Office attendance required 2-3 days per week (at least 8 days per month).

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 business accounts to ensure retention and growth.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to build and retain business relationships.
- Identify and execute revenue growth opportunities via cross-sell and up-sell of Mobility, Connectivity, Cloud, Hosting, Security, Unified Communications, and IoT.
- Utilize solution selling to differentiate from competitors and align services with customer business goals.
- Make commercially responsible decisions in every interaction to drive NPS and improve the end-to-end customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for technology, digitisation, and building long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve collective objectives.
- Understanding of P&L (beneficial).
